The project is distinguished by its strategic location in King Salman Industrial City, where all logistical services are available.
The surrounding area is considered a "central area" for exhibitions of ceramics, marble and equipment, in addition to the presence of several warehouses in the area.
The project is easily accessible as it is 7 km from the intersection of (Southern Ring Road with Al-Kharj Road), 19 km from the Second Industrial City, and 1.5 km from Al-Kharj Housing. To its east lies the Azizia Traffic Division. In the south there are several restaurants and commercial markets.
